This trade ad artist proof is 17 inches by 23 inches approximately and is in mint condition. These ads are incredibly rare. You can tell that they are ad proofs by the lines at the corners of the ads used to level out the ads in magazines and the color strip guides usually at the bottom. These are one of a kind and we have never seen anything like them before or since we received these.
